Posts Name & Educational Qualification :

Temporary Assistant Engineer (Electrical):

• Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 55%.
• Minimum 6 years of experience After Graduation in the field of Electrical Engineering. OR
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution with minimum 55%..
• Minimum 6 years of experience After Diploma in the field of Electrical Engineering.
• Thorough Knowledge of Electrification in institutional buildings Electrification, HT, LT connection, knowledge of electrical R & B SOR, preparation of plans and estimates of works, taking measurements,waterpumps, Starters, A.C.plants, liaison with MGVCL, etc. are essential.
• Recording of M.B, & Knowledge of detaild specifications of item of works, is essential.
• Experience of working with Government\Semi Government\ Government Aided Organisation will be preferred.
• Electrical Licence is compaulsory
Temporary Assistant Engineer (Civil):
• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 55%..
• Minimum 3 years of experience After Graduation in special repairs ,ordinary repairs & construction of Building works. OR
• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution with minimum 55%..
• Minimum 6 years of experience After Diploma in special repairs ,ordinary repairs & construction of Building works.
• Thorough Knowledge of estimation,Costing,Rate analysis,Study of Architectural and Structural drawings,Supervision of works, Recording of M.B, Detaild specifications of item of works, etc. is essential.
• Experience of working with Government\Semi Government\ Government Aided Organisation will be preferred.
Temporary Land Record Keeper:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Maintaining land records and liaising with revenue department that is City
• survey office/Collector office /Municipal Corporation etc. OR
• ITI in Civil Draftsman from a recognized Institute. • Minimum 20 years experience in Maintaining land records and liaising with revenue department that is City survey/Collector office /Municipal Corporation etc.
OR
• Any Graduate from a recognized university.
• Minimum 20 years experience in Maintaining land records and liaising with revenue department that is City survey/Collector office /Municipal Corporation etc.
• Age should not more than 45 years.
• Appointing Authority may relax age limit & experience in case of suitable candidates.
Fee : The online application form fee is Rs. 500/- (Rs. 200 for SC/ST Candidates) that is required to be paid using Credit/Debit Card, or online banking only. This amount shall not be accepted in cash, through money order or postal order or through any other financial instrument except Credit/Debit cards. The aforesaid application fee is nonrefundable and no enquiries shall be entertained in this regard.
